The top of the bill finishing in one of the standard Kharma-colors is more than what the customer expects of this top model of the Ceramique line. These loudspeakers blend in beautifully with modern or indeed, classic domestic environments offering true high-end performance. The Grand Ceramique is also available in a smaller Midi-version. For this speaker a special midrange cabinet was developed. The forms have been computed precisely to have the ceramic units come to the best possible results. |

The Carbon MKIII So building on German Physiks first flagship and still one of the most musically accurate speakers available, you get the proverbial cherry on top. Driven to improve upon an already fantastic product we have reached the heady heights of the MK III and what a sonic blast it is. German Physiks have replaced the old 2 push pull bass design with open cabinet. The new design has 1 larger bass driver in a sealed cabinet. The crossover is also improved. |
Acapella Violin MKIII"The title track of The Raven [Chesky 115] is one of my all time favorites. Through the High Violons, the glorious swooping sadness of Pidgeon’s voice radiated from a huge glowing orb between the speakers that reached out in all directions into the room. Background strings were dead-perfect timbrally, separated, delicate, living and breathing. I had the impression of being enveloped and touched on all sides by the blue-white radiance of the sound. It may not be surprising that a selection containing so much information in the treble was so exquisitely rendered through the Violons, but I hesitate to dismiss the experience. My notes from that session say "I can die now." - Ultra Audio Ross Mantle |
German Physiks The Loreley MKIII Completely effortless, that’s the best way I can describe
the sound of the new Loreley, Startling dynamics cymbals crash
and shimmer with such lifelike finesse, whilst betraying no character
of its own. The Loreley is truly neutral and just lets the music
pour forth uninhibited. Close your eyes and you can hear every
nuance of the recorded venue, pages being turned in the orchestra
pit, or a guitarist tapping his feet while playing. Not so much
a soundstage as the actual stage being reproduced. |
