TIDAL IMPACT POWER AMPLIFIER

This amplifier is the most transparent reference amplifier ever produced. It's revolutionary state-of-the-art design outperforms any other amplifier regardless of price. No other power amplifier is capable of the speed, control, sound feeling and precision that the Impact provides.

The TIDAL Impact drive any loudspeaker with the control and finesse required to bring the most powerful dynamics and subtle details. Experience a new level of emotion and detail in the listening experience.

about Tidal

Words alone cannot effectively describe the "TIDAL sound". Naturally, we could use objective descriptions such as "ruler-smooth frequency response", "ultra fast step response" and excessive adjectives like "neutrality" and "amazing soundstage". But we expect these qualities to be a successful by-product of accurate engineering stemming from our goal of reaching for perfection.

However, accuracy alone does not touch the heart. A delicate balance between information & emotion must be struck for a perfect union. Excellent sound is not enough; music is the goal.

Impact Review Extract

The Impact has more speed, better transient response and snap, and is more lifelike. The Impact's upper frequency and bass performance was more defined and had better extension. It would also be my opinion that the Impact does a better job of communicating the emotion that the artists are trying to convey in their music.

The Impact performed flawlessly through a boatload of equipment and cable changes with not one hum or pop. At the very least, I would consider it - along with only a handful of other amps that I've heard anywhere - one of the best amplifiers available.

The TIDAL Audio Impact and Preos are a wonderful combination and definitely one of the best that I've heard, ever. You owe it to yourself, if you get the opportunity, to give the TIDAL Impact and Preos a listen.

Boulder 1060 Stereo Amplifierit is with singular confidence that I can say I’ve never heard more satisfying electronics than the Boulder 1010 and 1060. When you add this to their unparalleled build quality and ergonomic thoughtfulness, what else could I ask for? So yeah, I bought them. - Ultra Audio, Jeff Fritz

Boulder2050 Mono block AmplifierFor those Masters of the Universe, my advice would be to go for Boulder hook, line, and sinker. Taken as a system, the three elements that make up the 2000 Series are about as perfect as they come."
